ASA (Cape Verde airports and air navigation operator )

Continuing advice, since 1999, to ASA on the preparation of business plans based on the results of financial modelling work and on business analytics:

  • Performance contracts: 1999-2003, 2003-2008. 
  • Benchmark analysis for ASA of the company’s performance compared to a set of comparator airports in respect of a range of parameters, including operating costs, revenue per passenger from aeronautical services and revenue per passenger from commercial activities.
  • Benchmark analysis of the level of aeronautical tariffs at ASA and a set of comparator airports in West Africa and Southern Europe for typical types of aircraft.
